Return & Refund Policy
1. Policy Scope
This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed through sravento.com. GUANG ZHOU YUN CHUN SHANG MAO YOU XIAN GONG SI sells jerseys, sports apparel, and athletic-inspired clothing. Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return or refund request.
2. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after the package is delivered according to the tracking record. Return requests made after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
3. Return Conditions for Apparel Products
Returned jerseys and sports apparel must be unworn, unwashed, unused, odor-free, stain-free, and in resalable condition. All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and included parts must be returned together. Items with makeup marks, deodorant marks, perfume odor, sweat odor, pet hair, washing damage, wear signs, or missing tags may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, clearance items, gift cards, worn or washed apparel, altered items, damaged items caused by customer misuse, and items returned without required tags or packaging are not eligible for return. Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a verified quality issue or merchant error.
5. Return Request Process
To request a return, please contact us at service@sravento.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for return, and clear photos if the issue involves damage, defect, wrong item, or missing parts. Do not send items back without return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or not processed.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return is due to personal preference, wrong size selected, changed mind, or an incorrect customer-provided address. If the return is caused by our error, verified defect, wrong item, or confirmed shipping damage, we may cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another solution.
7. International Return Costs and Duties
For international orders, return shipping costs, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by our verified error or product defect. Original customs duties, taxes, and import fees are usually non-refundable because they are charged by local authorities or service providers.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your package immediately after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours after delivery at service@sravento.com. Please provide your order number, item photos, packaging photos, shipping label photo, and a brief description of the issue. Package and delivery rules are also explained in our Shipping Policy.
9. Return Inspection
All returned items will be inspected after they are received. If the item meets the return conditions, we will approve the refund. If the item is worn, washed, damaged, altered, stained, incomplete, or not in resalable condition, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund where appropriate.
10. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received and approved, or after a refund case is confirmed without requiring a physical return. Your bank, card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. Payment details are explained in our Payment Policy.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy. 12. Payment Disputes and Stripe Review Evidence
